If you have a nice NIC card with an onboard processor for offloading from the CPU, it is disabled by default in W2K. Check the link for directions on how to enable/disable the on NIC processor.....

My sentiments exactly when I first found this one. I couldnt believe it. It def helped my system by freeing up more CPU resources.....
