Trying to set up a server and have a few questions

Hey guys I am playing around with setting up a server but I am running into a problem. My connection is behind a router and everytime I set up the game server for MOH it list my internal ip as the game host. Any ideas on how to fix that since of course poeple cant connect to my internal ip to play on my server.

Oh, Knology is a high-speed internet, cable TV, etc., provider down that way. We have it in Panama City, but not this far west. So, is this a business server or your private one?? Just curious.
