Yep. Gave it some thought and since I'm not sucking near as bad as I was awhile back, I'd like to join yer merry crew so we can wreak merry havoc all over the unclean and undeserving.

So, TC told me about the "rubber glove" part of the joining process and while I'm a little hesitant about THAT whole part...I figure if you guys underwent the "prison love" part of the initiation...well how bad can it be right? :D

Lemme know what I need to give ya in order to hook me up and...while I declined some of the server perqs the other night, TC, I was wishing earlier this evening that I hadn't. We had a pair of TK'ers on there mere moments after you split and I eventually left.

Ich habe ganz viele gluck vor mir hier bin. Entschuldigung mir fruher diese abend fur die locher hatte ich auf seine arsch mit meine Shotgun gemacht. :D

Indeed I am happy to be here and I had a lot of fun tonight with ya'll. Exactly what I got into online gaming for. Sorry about the cursing on BC...I really should keep a tighter rein on it. But then again...f**k it. LOL!

And if Craklyn's gonna get even better when he gets his router or whatever hooked up right...well...I'm practicing the "duck & pray" maneuver right now.

Haha...well we could alwyas go play on his local server...Crack with a sub 10ms ping.
TotalCarnage: Hey, I just ran around the corner and died who the hell shot me?
Euroranger: Dunno...all I see is names, everyone is invisible.
TotalC: Damn that Cracklyn and his sub 10ms ping :)

Yeah, that's messed up ain't it? I can see TC's name pop up on the screen when I mouse over an area in front of me...but nobody is there. What's amazing is where I was when I finally realized I couldn't see anyone. How the hell did I make it that far without getting ventilated? And how do I reverse that effect? I need to be the invisible one... :D

Glad to hear that Craig, had fun tonight myself, even though I being owned on the V-12 map. I'm getting to like the sniper rifle though! :)

Man this game is "ping-dominated." There were times when I was pulling the trigger on you guys and nothing happened (except I died, of course)! A 50-60 ping differential is really evident. When I was killing Craig, I was leading him so far it was like I was waiting for him to catch up to the bullet! It was fun though.

What's this invisible man thing though, I didn't experience that last night?

I'm not sure I can handle another $25 a month for DSL. Cable is $34.95 (it went up from $29.95 a couple months ago).

Later...Gramps

Yeah, I can recall one instance last night that was particularly egregious.

e·gre·gious Pronunciation Key (-grjs, -j-s)
adj.
Conspicuously bad or offensive. See Synonyms at flagrant.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[From Latin gregius, outstanding : -, ex-, ex- + grex, greg-, herd; see ger- in Indo-European Roots.]
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
e·gregious·ly adv.
e·gregious·ness n.

You and me met on a stairwell somewhere on some map. We were both facing one another. Time slowed to a crawl. In the distance a dog barked. Grandpa had the jump on me and I knew I was dead. But he froze. No trigger pull. No big, life-ending muzzle flash. No Euro, or parts thereof, splashing in a sassy perky fashion on the wall behind me.

So I applied the requisite 13.25lbs of pressure to the trigger of my trusty Remington Model 870 Express (http://www.remington.com/images/870w28ga.JPG)...and poor Grandpa was reunited with his ancestors (http://www.cooltoons.com/shows/mcdonalds/characters/mcnuggets.gif) in a tumultuous twist of torn and traumatized torso tenders. How that wasn't me, I have no earthly clue...and I proceded triumphantly forward, flush with my miraculous escape from Death By Grandpa (http://www.docmaestro.com/images/owie.wmv).

...which was ended approximately 2.8 seconds later by Craklyn in a fast and furious fussilade of fire and fortunate foe footing. Meaning, I walked into that ass beating like the unsuspecting sheep (http://www.docmaestro.com/images/lamb.jpg) that I am, leaving me somewhat worse for wear (http://www.docmaestro.com/images/butthead.jpg).

But yeah...you really oughta look into that lag thing. :D
